Business: Dr. Finch has personally conducted 265 full-day business seminars throughout the United States on behalf of the training company he co-founded, Padgett-Thompson. Over a five-year period from start-up, Padgett-Thompson presenters trained one million owners, CEOs, managers and professionals from virtually every Fortune 500 company, mom and pop stores and every size and type of business in-between.

Pro bono: While in the prime of his life, Dr. Finch and his wife sold their businesses to devote the last third of their lives to public service. He went on to present 750 “Success” seminars to date free of charge for universities and professional organizations in more than 100 cities in 21 countries on five continents. A sampling of world-wide venues where Dr. Finch has spoken is included below.* Dr. Finch promotes the virtues of honesty and integrity, excellence and the pursuit of “impossible” dreams and concludes his sessions with the secret to attaining eternal success. More than 55,000 attendees have indicated they voluntarily prayed to receive a personal relationship with the Creator through His Son, Christ Jesus.

Engineering goodwill ambassador: Dr. Finch has inspired and challenged thousands of students in hundreds of classrooms and special assemblies to reach for the stars. His role as a project director for NASA’s Apollo lunar project combined with his love for children and his animated presentation style put him in demand as a guest speaker. His passion to inspire young people was birthed 50 years ago when the Kansas Science Foundation, under the auspices of the National Science Foundation, appointed him to represent them as a lecturer to promote science and engineering in schools throughout Kansas.
*Dr. Finch has accepted invitations to speak at such leading academic institutions as the University of Tec de Monterrey (the MIT of Mexico), Wittwaterstand University (Johannesburg, South Africa), Polytechnic of Rijeka (Croatia), the Instituto Universitario de Technologia Industrial (Venezuela) and more than 50 others. He has conducted seminars for the engineering and management staff of industrial giants such as Laguna Verde, Mexico’s nuclear power plant, and for Volkswagen’s number one design and manufacturing complex in the western hemisphere. He conducted classes for senior staff of the world's second largest refinery, Centro de Refinación de Paraguaná, where he received praise from Venezuela’s national director of petroleum planning: “Dr. Harold Finch transmits a powerful message of encouragement. He motivates his listeners to reach the highest potential in their lives and he bases it on virtues that people urgently need.” - Dr. Paul Eustache V., Director of Planning, PDVSA (Venezuela’s state-owned petroleum company)
